  1. Return Period At Sturdica, we offer a straightforward 30-day return window. This means customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request.
  2. Return Eligibility For a return to be considered:
  • All return requests must be pre-approved by our Customer Service team
  • Products must be returned in their original condition
  • All original accessories and packaging must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer-initiated returns: Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Defective/incorrect items: HustleAndBeans covers return shipping costs
  • Refund amount will reflect any deduction of shipping fees where applicable

Important: Items returned with damage or missing components (unless due to our error) may only qualify for partial refunds.
